LMCP PLC is a family office located in Cambodia, with a holding presence in Singapore. Since 2016 we have diversified our portfolios to invest across many companies and funding stages — with a focus on early seed and angel investing.

Company established in Cambodia, building operational depth in healthcare and distribution.

2016

LMCP PLC

Rebrand from Leap Meanchey Pharma Co., Ltd. to LMCP PLC. Positioning as an early seed and angel investor in strong founding teams.

2017–21

Portfolio expansion

Investments across healthcare platforms, capital companies, hospitality, technology apps, and blockchain-adjacent ventures in Cambodia, Singapore, and the wider region.

Founder · Family Office

Graduated from an IT university in Cambodia and continued advanced study in computer science in Canada. Returning home, he co-founded his first pharmaceutical company with his wife and spent over 15 years leading a regional pharma business.

He has since diversified into multiple industries while keeping a deep passion for technology. Through YPO and executive programs (including leadership study at Harvard, INSEAD, and IMD), he continues to invest in learning and founder development.

In companies where LMCP invests, the focus is practical: restructure, strengthen core technology, and build seamless operations that can scale.
